As Design Principal at Studio Ren Architecture, Brendan is instrumental in the design, development and execution of high-end residences, hospitality and retail projects. The decade preceding joining Studio Ren Architecture, Brendan spent at Ehrlich Architects, honing his craft and rising to the position of Associate. During his tenure, he worked on award winning projects including Stoneview Nature Center, the McElroy Residence and the Venice Mews. Growing up in the Midwest he developed his love for modern architecture influenced by the works of Mies van der Rohe, Minoru Yamasaki, Eliel and Eero Saarinen and Frank Lloyd Wright. Brendan received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Lawrence Technological University. Brendan is licensed in the states of California and Michigan.
As Managing Principal, Cynthia has extensive experience managing a variety of projects including residential, retail, hospitality, office, and institutional. Cynthia leads the development of a comprehensive plan that addresses the client's schedule, budget and vision and; facilitates the plan from design conception and execution, preconstruction through construction. Cynthia received her Masters of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and her Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Lawrence Technological University.
